Delivery & Shipping

  • Our estimated delivery times are:
    • Sweden: 3-7 working days
    • Scandinavia and EU: 5-10 working days
    • USA, Canada and Australia: 7-14 working days
  • The cost for shipping is 39 SEK within Sweden
  • The cost for shipping is 130 SEK within Europe
  • The cost for shipping is 200 SEK to Norway
  • For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping
  • If the items you order is defective. The claims is free of charge
  • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs

Returns And Exchanges

  • According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods
  • In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board
  • Goods returned must be unused and in original packaging
  • Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the product value
  • Please use the return form that you received together with the package
  • Returns are sent together with name, order number and reason for the return
  • For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (59 SEK)
  • Exchanges are free of charge.
  • If you want to return the coffee calendar, the transparent stickers must be unbroken and it must be in its original packaging
